For all non-contracted insurance companies:
* We request all consultations to pay in full for the visit.
* 50% of the treatment cost is required from the patient.
* Full payment may be required from the patient if an insurance company will not follow assignment of benefits, however we will gladly file the insurance for your reimbursement.
Payment Options:
Payment is due at the time of treatment unless prior arrangements have been made.
